Having purchased your perfect home in Austria with Aquavista, we understand that you will be wanting to ensure it is well maintained and reguarly checked for your peace of mind. You may also be looking to rent your property out, not surprising considering the high demand for accommodation in the 16 week ski season and growing summer market.We recognise this demand and realising that a property maintentance and rental care service is not available in Austria, we decided to establish this essential service for our clients.

 

Unique to Aquavista in the Salzburgerland region of Austria

Currently the service offered below is only available in the Salzburgerland, Austria and only available to clients purchasing with Aquavista. The service is provided by a sole partner company of Aquavista in Austria and is unique to Aquavista.

Property Maintenance

For a monthly fee dependent on property size, they provide a weekly property inspection including:

• Structural damage checks (especially after heavy snowfall/rainfall)
• Utilities check
• Visual property check both internal and external.
• Post box service
• Bill Payment
• Snow clearance in winter and garden maintenance in summer
• Point of contact in Austria
• Organise minor jobs such as painting and decorating*
• Organise emergency repairs*

 

Price for the service depends on the property size, but a guide cost is €250 to €300 a month

 

* All work will be carried out by qualified personnel and charged at the local rate agreed with you beforehand

 

Property Rental Management

A full range of property rental management services are offered including departure/arrival cleaning and inventory check, full laundry service, key holding, welcome pack and meet and greet. Prices vary depending on service required and property size. A full current price list can be provided on request.
